MobiliZeLK Warranty Policy (Effective July 2025)
We believe in fair service and honest transactions. Our warranty policy is designed to protect both the customer and the integrity of
our products.
Used iPhones – 6-Month MobiliZeLK Warranty
1. Coverage:
– Includes manufacturer defects only.
– Warranty is valid for 6 months from the invoice date.
– We do not repair – faulty devices under valid claims will be replaced or refunded in full, provided the device is in the same physical condition as sold.
2. Non-verifiable or Subjective Issues:
– Issues that cannot be demonstrated at the time of claim (e.g., “comes only sometimes”) are not eligible.
– If a customer insists on returning the device without a clear fault, a 30% deduction will apply to cover usage and depreciation.
3. Battery Health:
– Battery health is not covered under warranty if charged using non-Apple certified accessories.
– Customers are advised to purchase original chargers from us to ensure full warranty support.
4. Exclusions:
– Warranty is void if the device shows signs of physical damage, water damage, unauthorized repair, or software tampering
(jailbreaking, rooting, etc.).
Brand New iPhones – 1-Year Official Apple Warranty
1. Coverage:
– All brand-new iPhones sold by us are covered by a 1-year Apple warranty.
– Warranty processing is done 100% free of charge by MobiliZeLK – no service fees or hidden handling costs.
2. Processing Time:
– Apple warranty resolutions may take up to 30 days, depending on Apple’s internal assessment and approval process.
– No temporary replacement units will be provided during this waiting period.
3. Customer Responsibility:
– The device must be returned in original condition with no signs of physical damage or tampering for the Apple warranty to apply.
Accessories – Manufacturer Warranty Only
– All other products (e.g., AirPods, cables, chargers) will carry the manufacturer’s own warranty, which varies by item and brand.
– The exact warranty duration and terms will be clearly mentioned on your invoice at the time of purchase.
General Warranty Terms
– Original invoice must be presented for any warranty claim.
– Warranty coverage begins strictly from the invoice date.
– Warranty will not apply to any product with removed warranty seals, modified software, or signs of abuse.
